Yes 4G Go Dongle Connect for Windows 8
Yes 4G has just sent out a beta for their Connect (1.9.4.0) software with Windows 8 support.
I have tested it and it works on my Macbook which I use VMware Fusion 5 to run Windows 8. (Edit: I forgot to mention, you need to go to Virtual Machine -> Network Adapter -> Disconnect Network Adapter to get it to work).
Well, it works! No more workaround patch to get it running on Windows 8. And, no more UAC messages to bug you every time you start Connect.
Just make sure that you plug in your dongle before you install the software, else you will have to uninstall, restart and do it all over again.
